Analyze Consulting Services

Are you an intermediate or senior business analyst, looking for a new challenge? Are you a graduate with formal business analysis training?

We are often looking for strong business analysts with at least 2 years of analysis experience to join our team.

The role of a consulting business analyst requires an individual who can represent Analyze in a professional manner on client projects. A key requirement of this role is the ability to apply analytical thought and business analysis skills and tools to business problems, in order to assist clients in achieving their objectives.

Some of the key requirements of our business analysts include the ability to:

• Work at both the strategic and tactical level.

• Define and reach consensus with all key stakeholders on business problems / identified opportunities.

• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and interviews.

• Collect, understand, and analyse the business requirements for a project, translating these into business and / or functional specifications.

• Analyse and document business processes, both current and future state.

• Obtain sign-off from client on specifications.

• Be able to fulfill a project management type role by providing the link between the customer, the software development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Plan and manage testing as well as design and execute test scenarios and test scripts.

• Function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment.

• Understand and manage key stakeholder expectations.

Additionally we look for individuals with:

• Practical experience and a proven ability to succeed as a business analyst.

• An undergraduate degree, preferably in Information Systems.

• A post graduate diploma in business analysis.

• More than two years of business analysis specific experience.

• Previous experience within a consulting environment
